This is the reference no GHA**********. I purchased a semi-automatic washing machine for Videocon. After * year its motor was damaged and its cover under *-year warranty and now company send a technician. Technician visit and took the money for visiting charge now he is saying I will not give you any receipt for this and you can do whatever you want like in a very empathetic manner. Now I called there customer care number and they also not taking any responsibility for there technician behaviour and the money he took from me.
