I had registered complaint regarding my led smart tv complaint no gha********** on *th dec **. engineer visited and told me it will take *-* days to resolve because there were some part issue..
today is **rd dec **, it is still not resolved. i have called tgem many times but no satisfactory reply. i talk to their head. he was very rude.
people are very rude.. customer complaint executives dont know anything..
I am mentally harrassed.
please take some actiln against them..
