hi team,
this is with reference to order Id: ********* that a total of Rs. **,*** was debited from my paytm wallet on **th March, **** at **:**:** AM while placing the order online with pepperfry.
i see the order is still pending and has not been either cancelled or processed. moreover, i was told that the amount will be reversed within ** hours from the time of placing the order.
on **th March, ****, i have been calling the customer care department repeatedly since this morning, but they keeping on giving false hopes and promises and even the last deadline for order cancellation, i.e., * PM as committed by pepperfry staff has also passed.
this issue highlights the casual business that pepperfry carries out and the pathetic customer services which has resulted in the sorry state of affairs.
the amount of Rs. **,*** still remains blocked and the company's no replies to my email shows their apathy towards attending to customer grievances promptly, which is highly unfortunate and regrettable.
