I had cancelled my Oyo booking on **th Oct.. and was told refund will be given within *-** working days.. it's been more than ** days now.. and i haven't received any refund from them. When am reaching for customer support they are least bothered. They listen to the problem and put me on hold for ** mins and hung up the call from there end. Such unethical practices are followed. Frustrated to the core.
