I booked a room in Oyo directly to the hotel. Before I am in I gave all my details company GST number, address and company name also at the reception. After I asked the bill they just gave me only invoice they did not include all this Gst and my details. Also, even my name is mentioned wrongly really they take casual now.
My problems are
*. My name is written wrong ( need to change my name) *. And I need all my company name and my Gst details should be added to my bills. Otherwise, I am ready to take action legally and financially. This is my sweet warning. Oyo people are harassing me they all are not responding and as like customer care.
