sir i was shopped on paytm with order id ********** which has two products 'hoa premium earpods wired in earphones' of **rs and 'eveready ** watt cool day light b**d led bulb' of ***rs but some reasons i had cancelled both items. the refund of **rs i got on **-**-**** but I have not got any refund of *** Rs. after waiting of * working date I called paytm customer care and they said the refund of ***Rs is already done with our side and they give me a upi reference id ************ when i share this transaction id with our bank , bank said this reference number does not exist as per our records after it i have done many complain on paytm but they are not refunding my money, i have been waiting since ** dec ****.
