I have booked a flight ticket on paytm for ethihad airlines.I have cancelled the ticket within *-* hours from the time of booking.According to ethihad airlines travel policy if the cancellation is done within ** hours from the time of booking,full refund will be done.But the paytm has not given the refund.When spoke with ethihad customer care they told that refund has been done from ethihad to paytm.But paytm has not given me the refund
