My friend from Delhi sent a package to me (Bangalore) on *th April ****. The status shows in tracking app as delivered whereas I have not received the parcel yet. I don’t know where the parcel is. The courier boy didn't call me. I don’t know where he had delivered. It is not reached my home. Please help and advise what to do.
