I have sent the courier from Delhi on **th Aug, ** and was told that it will go by air and will be delivered within next * days. I was charges Rs. *** (*kg * ***) for the services. As per the tracking id the courier has been forwarded to Kulti office on **th Aug, **** but till date the Kulti ofc has not received the parcel. I have called the customer care at Delhi, Kolkata and Kulti office multiple times within the last * days. I have also emailed Mr. A K Singh from Kulti ofc as per his request but have not received any solution yet. I also have a complaint number in place DEL****** for the same but have not received any resolution yet. None of the courier services branch has any information and if I call them for enquiry they keep on shrugging the blame on each other. This is really annoying and frustrating the way this courier service company works and all the complaints fall on there blind eyes and ears and no action is ever taken. I have also reached out to the area manager Mr. Sandeep for Kolkata and provided him with the requested details like the Consignment no., address etc. but have also not received any response from him. Please help me with this as I need the courier delivered urgently.
