is the consignment received to Paloncha, * days back. yet your ppl are not dispatching the parcels to the customers on time.
this is the third parcel, where the service is the same. for every courier,Either Dispatches or Receivables, the service is same.
Any way, for dispatches, we are using alternative services, but for receivables we have no option than follow up. we cant keep following for every courier like this.
Please ask Professional courier to improve their Services
