I am reporting a serious case of UPI payment fraud and request urgent intervention to prevent further victims.



On **/**/****, I placed an order on www.myflowergift.com (Order No: **********) and paid ₹*,*** via UPI for gift items (cake/flowers). The website accepted the payment but did not deliver the order, and there has been no response or refund from the company.



This website is clearly engaging in fraudulent activity, taking advantage of customers and causing financial loss and emotional distress, especially to people trying to surprise their loved ones.

My main motive in reporting this is to prevent these fraudulent activities and protect innocent customers from falling victim to this scam. I request the authorities to investigate this matter urgently, take action against the website, and facilitate refund of my payment.
