- About the delivery of a cake Closed

I ordered one birthday cake for the place chaikkottukonam near Neyyattinkara, Trivandrum. I ordered that in * August and that is for ** August. I paid *** for my cake and *** extra charge for midnight delivery. At this time they didn't delivered that product and did not give any message about that. I mailed * times and message on WhatsApp but they did not give proper reply. And I called * times but they did not take my phone call. After some days they replied that they can't deliver that product due to rain and they saying that midnight delivery is not possible. They issued a credit note. But they didn't deliver that midnight at any cost. I need my money back with renumeration.
