This website sells online cakes and flowers for birthdays and anniversaries. I had ordered a cake and flowers and wanted it to get delivered on *st of December ****, even after speaking to their executive, they fooled me saying it can be done on the same date, but even after * day I still have not received the order. Now after talking to their customer service, they say refund is not possible.
Their refund policy says in case they failed to deliver the order, full refund will be initiated.
But now they are not responding properly, giving false credit notes. Kindly take action on this
