I bought a Bed with storage with order no ********* from Pepperfry.com on **nd Oct and received on **th Nov. The bed has mentioned storage but actually they are just placing plank in bottom of bed which is not fixed and of no use as storage. Also no information is mentioned on their app. Now when i raised the request for return they are not accepting and saying order is completely delivered and we cant return or refund. I feel cheated and wasted my money on this fraud of selling useless items which otherwise nobody would have bought if seen before buying.
