I have ordered a Coffee table on pepperfry.com app on **th Dec **** **:**PM and after I check the size of table which is dosn't match to my area. I called customer care for the same and ask them to cancel it same day at **:**PM. I told her that i have mistakenly ordered wrong size table please cancel it and refund my money, she replied no policy of cancel once order after I request her again then she cancelled it and refund my amount to pepperfry wallet which is totally wrong. I ll be agree if I want to cancelled it after days or after shipped but i called them to cancel it only after one and half hour. Now i got my fund in my pepperfry wallet I want it back to my payment source or to my bank account. It mean once you made the payment they will not refund it anyhow.
Sometime we made mistakes online because of emotions, when its about your home and family.
I need help to get my payment back and in this related i have sent them a email as well but not reply received yet.
