This regarding pepperfry order number: *********. Product link: https://www.pepperfry.com/clifford-queen-size-bed-with-storage-in-black-color-by-home-*******.html The page for this product says it's an storage bed. However, upon receipt it was noticed that the bed does not have a fixed covered base and the manufacturer has provided rubber mats instead of a solid fixed base Fixed base is necessary to call it a storage bed. I raised an return request it's an incorrect product.
Now pepperfry has come up with an absolutely absurd reply from the merchant stating that it is an standard product and as per merchant update it is design of the product.Addition gap has been given so it can be lift easily for cleaning purpose.
Please note if this was their design, then it should be mentioned in the product description itself.
Kindly look into this matter and advise.
I have read that Voxya helped one of the customer by resolving his complaint who had the same issue.
