- Incorrect Bean Bags delivered ^Open

I have received * small size bean bags with below details,

Firstly i received a call after * days and the customer service representative (Constancio D'souza) was so rude as if it was my mistake and didn't check the product details before the purchase. Stating the rules of return etc.
Secondly i spoke to Style HomeZ and they also confirmed that we have asked pepperfry multiple times that this H ** x W ** x D ** dimension is for a XL size bean bag and not XXL.
I explained this to Constancio D'souza but he in his rude tone is like you first take a pictures with measuring tape and send it only then I will see what can be done.

I dont think this the way to talk to customer's being in resolving team and you can check the recording. After denial from Venisa Fernandes as well I contacted StyleHomeZ and they also accepted it is XL Small size bean bag and trying to arrange for a return at additional courier a charges.
I have received * XXL bean bags with below dimensions which are correct,

Dimensions:
H ** x W ** x D ** (All dimensions are in inches

But still mr.D'Souza is like no did you check the website for dimensions i will only return if the pictures show incorrect size.

I need a full refund for these two products as pepperfry customer service is pathetic and didn't expect this kind of service resolution.
