I booked hotel on Agoda.com with Booking ID # ********* on **th for **th night stay in Varanasi. On **th at *.** PM I got message from hotel that there is no rooms are available into hotel and you need to book other hotel. I called hotel and they said that It is the mistake by Agoda and they can't do any thing. I tried to complain on Agoda site but there is not any option to do this. This way I lost my money without using hotel room. I think this is fraud company which is making fool to customer and we should raise voice to expose them. I am attaching here the hotel booked and their messages.
