I am really struggling to get the money refunded from Agoda as they are only telling me to wait and not giving any deadline.
Akasa airlines had the flight cancellation ( they informed to Agoda Travel agent but they did not pass the information to me). Due to which I had to go thru a lot , booked new flight at * times the cost of original fare. As per the discussions which I had with Akasa , cancellation was immediately processed but due to unprofessional behaviour of Agoda and their travel partner , I am still not getting a proper response from their side and they are telling me to wait for *-* months as per their mail.
