I paid one merchant through paytm and merchant is no reachable through email or phone number so I asked Paytm help to cancel this Order No :*********** and and also help me to reach merchant through phone number associated with paytm account but paytm is refue to do it . Its very simple for them to block this phone number ffor any paytm transaction and refund my money . But they arenot doing anything.
