I had booked a ticket on Paytm for a SpiceJet flight on *rd January ****. The ticket amount was ₹*,*** and the PNR number is ZF*NYJ.
Due to bad weather, the flight was cancelled. When I contacted SpiceJet, they informed me that the refund has already been processed to Paytm. However, Paytm is not issuing the refund to me.
