Paytm cheating people giving fake booking numbers and false seat allotment without apsrtc knowledge ND endangering customers dignity and giving false information to consumer forum by giving pennies when asked for full refund please do find my detailed experience;
Booked bus tickets from guntur to ongole on apsrtc using paytm app but the tickets were never booked on apsrtc but paytm diducted money and gave seats but that bus register do not have our names even apsrtc server too I was thrown away from the bus and humiliated and walked back to bus stop *kms with ton of luggage now I demNd justice for the insult and incompetency of paytm charging people with their fraud mentality my booking Id is **********
