I had booked a courier to send to ALIBAG (MAHARASHTRA)on **.**.**** from The Professional Couriers, Nana Chowk(Mumbai). I was told it will reach within *-* days. I checked the status on **.**.**** and to my shock it was showing as despatched to JAIPUR. The courier was extremely important and needed to be sent on time as it was directed to a Government Office. The height of irresponsibility is that I have sent them mails but no response. I also tried their landline numbers but no one receives it. Tried complaining to their online page but the complaint doesnt get posted . Contacted the Nana Chowk office on **.**.****, he was oblivious to what happened and told me to wait till * days. Again went there personally on **.**.****, he only had information what was displayed on their site. The documents are still nowhere. Even the Alibag courier franchisee doesn't know about it. I am extremely disturbed and lot of mental torture has been done. Who will explain this delay to the Government office to whom the papers were intended? I hope atleast this platform gives me justice. Thank you. All Evidence attached.
