I had ordered products from a seller in panipat in the month of February ****.. on ** feb it shows from panipat sent to delhi..after waiting for certain time the courier tracking showed that it is in transit. In March due to lockdown the movement of the courier stopped and I waited for the courier to arrive. Its been * months still I have not received any courier. I had filed complaint on their website in which I was told that they will get back to me but no body replied and acknowledged the complaint. I personally called courier Delhi office and panipat office but they only asked me to send an e mail .. I e mailed them my complaint which didn't go through and was returned back to my mail box. Later I send a screen shot of the tracking details to a panipat courier number but still have not received any update.
