I wanted to cancel an order of ***** which was mistakenly done at Pepperfry.com in the place of an order ***. However, they are completely denying the order to cancel and also forcibly despatch to me at the earliest the product which is totally unintended. Despite continuous request to refund the hard-earned money, they are forcibly imposing the product on me. Also, the cs representative informed that once a payment is done at pepperfry its done no refund at any case. This type of monopoly needs to be stopped immediately. This is harassment and cheating to any customer.
