I ordered this bed from pepperfry , to my utter disappointment the bed has iron ladders and railings which are pretty thin (with rough edges) and it hurts the kid. Also there is no railing on the left side to hold and even the right railing is pretty far from the railing. This is certainly a big design issue, and should be rectified. The other model by mollycoddle has wooden ladder and wooden railings which are closer to ladder and hence act as hand support. I had requested for return or even exchange with other model, which was very rudely rebuked by the customer care executive, stating that it's a standard product. Can you please help me here?
Please note that in product description it is nowhere mentioned that the use of iron rods in material description. It only says about wood being used. Also from the attached picture it's clear that there is no grip either side, and the iron rods are very thin and has blade like edges, making it extremely dangerous. They are out rightly refusing exchange, and even denying any design defect.
