I had booked a ticket from Piduguralla to Hyderabad. I selected the bus at *.** pm on ** Feb **** order no of the ticket is ********** and I got a ticket for *.** pm. I thought it was my mistake and I cancelled it again booked a ticket for the same bus at *.** pm order no of the ticket is ********** again I got *.** pm bus ticket. They had charged *** rs per ticket on cancellation then I made a video while booking a ticket *.** pm and *.** pm app is showing ticket for *.**pm
I had raised a complaint by call customer care of paytm and I sent a mail to paytm with screenshot and video I did not get the proper response for them they are saying it is my mistake.
