Order no. ********* (Ren Queen Size Bed with Box Storage & Two Bedside Tables in Wenge Finish by Mintwud) is CH-******-****. The bed had been used gently for the past * months and It has broken in just * months of usage. It tells how bad the quality of the product is been sold. Customer service is also pathetic. They don't even understand what we are going through and are not ready to refund or get it repaired. Kindly help me get a refund.
