I had some issues with by electric scooter battery. I was not getting range. I contacted to the service centre. They take my battery for repair and send the battery to the company head office. I submitted the battery on * July but there is no resolution yet. Customer care number not picking ou the call and service centre is not responding to me not picking up my calls and put my calls on block.
