Hi it's been * years i bought pure ev e Pluto*g. Few months back battery gone faulty and showroom people told it will take time as battery are not available and they have taken the battery to factory last month I got a call from factory and told that you have not did first * free services and your are not eligible for warranty claim last whole month I was gathering all the data or services done and now when I got some proof and went to show to showroom there is not showroom
Don't know what to do now please kindly suggest
