We booked a car for Oct *st *am, went there and the car was punctured, for the next * hour we didn’t get an alternative. Also, Zoomcar customer support is run by god knows whom! (If u really want to run a business and customer satisfaction is ur priority, middle finger to u) How frustrating it is for ppl standing in the middle of nowhere n helpless. Better provide a refund, I swear we ain’t using Zoomcar again, SCAMMERS !
