I ordered apple iphone ** *** gb green (OD *********) of rupees ***** on **/**/**** this was delivered through xpressbess via tracking id *************** on Saturday i felt that the product inside parcel is not seemed mobile so i contact to TATA CLIQ customer care and he raise complait vide complaint number ********** and they advice me to open parcel with video recording and i did so here is the video in attachment of parcel un rapped.i received airpod in the packet
so i request you to help me in this regard and solve my problem
