I bought a watch with order ID: *********. The delivery guy did not turn up till Aug ** which was window for pick-up on ** Aug I went to my native and raise a ticket ID ******** saying that feck pick attempt was reported I was assured that when I will be back on ** Aug my product will get picked up.
On **st I again made a call and got return initiated till today again no one turned up to pick the product and this message is flashing on Tata Cliq portal.
The product you have returned does not match our quality check standards and so we are unable to process your request.
I again called today few minutes back on customer care number (ID ********)I was stunned to here that logistic team accept that no one attempted pick up but this message is flashing they say i have to send images of product but where should I send no one tells me.
This is case of cheating
