For Order numbers ********* & *********, we returned the wrong item due to COVID work from home pressure!
Can you please get it fixed amicably? Your team is not able to resolve it and asked us to share it at your email address.
Bottom line, we need to return both items with order numbers ********* & *********, expensive item is returned for order number with lower price. You pickup the second item as well and return full amount for both the orders to the wallet, that's it.
Complaint number ********** has all the details and contact person name Sayed Ahmed.
