Ordered a dress of size xxl but got xs. Hence it is just not possible to use it. I asked for return. Courier partner messes up the return by claiming. Product scans a different brand name and hence return rejected. After lot of hassle I get the return to happen. Now refund team gives just the product cost minus shipping.why?
