Wrong item received, instead of Tetley Green Tea, Lemon And Honey, ** Tea Bags, ** Grams, Amazon has given me some other item Mustard oil.

I ordered the item through Amazon fresh for Rs.***/-
Now since wrong item was received, I asked them to pick up the wrong item and replace me with the correct item.
They refused to pick up the wrong item and also refused to replace it with the correct item.
They have only said refund is possible.
On a Tuesday early morning * am the item was delivered wrongly and this is not the kind of experience I need. It ruins the whole day. The delivery executive was so rude when I has informed him this. He said me to complain wherever I want to.
My question is why should I use or dispose an item which I have not ordered. If a company is delivering a wrong product, it’s there responsibility to pick it up and issue a replacement. Just merely, Refund is not the right solution.
Also now when I try to reorder it, the price has gone up to Rs.***/- and it’s also asking for an minimum delivery amount of Rs.***/-
Amazon needs to compensate me for all the mental harassment and stress I had to face
