Hello Sir I ordered a Timex wrist watch on **Dec **** from tata cliq And the product is delivered to me on ** Dec **** in evening When I opened the box they sent me wrong watch of some another brand instead of Timex I immediately contact with their customers representative on next morning i.e ** Dec they told me to create return from app and I do soo But when courier partner come to take away the product he mark the quality check failed and didn't take the product And I again contacted to customer representative of tata cliq and told them then they take a complain(Ref I'd ********) and told me to wait for * working days On ** Dec the product is picked up and it passes the quality check and my refund is not credited after the pickup of the product they told me to wait for another ** days i frustrated by their action They told me that seller will also check the quality of product then the refund is processed If seller is right then why he sent me wrong product It's like investigating a murder case by the murder Plz sir help me to get my money back I'm irritated and frustrated by the tata cliq and seller Their behaviour is very rude And also I raise this complaint on NCH platform against docket no. ******* the company didn't give any satisfactory response and give unrelated remarks Also company employee said this matter is in NCH we can't do anything
They torture me mentally & financially from past ** days
