Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the services I purchased from Justdial and the misrepresentation made by your sales team.
I purchased a service package from your company based on the commitment given by your sales representative, **Mr. Akash Roy**. At the time of sale, he clearly informed me that the package was a **“*+* month plan”** (* months advance payment and * month ECS). There was no information provided about any ***-year contract or long-term commitment**.
After this, one of your employees, **Mr. Pankaj**, visited my home for verification and completed the process.
However, when I contacted your team in the second month to request adjustment of my advance payment, my calls were either not answered or ignored. Later, your team informed me that the package is actually for *** year**, and that my advance amount would be adjusted in the last two months. This was never communicated to me at the time of purchase.
I have made multiple attempts to contact your team, but I keep receiving the same response, and most of the time my calls are not picked up.
Additionally, I have not received any genuine business leads, and not a single lead has been successfully converted. This clearly indicates poor service quality and misleading commitments.
Despite my dissatisfaction, I have already paid *** months of ECS payments**. Today, on **** April ******, I again contacted your team to request closure of my business account, but I was informed that I must serve a ***-month notice period**, which was never disclosed earlier.
I would also like to inform you that I have **call recordings of all conversations with your employees**, which clearly prove the false commitments and misrepresentation.
