I'm writing this post to bring your attention to my recent experience with Justdial. I had taken a paid membership to list a business on behalf of my brother. According to the contract, **** INR get debited from my account as ECS. Now, when I want to stop the contract, they are not taking my request. I have called them *-* times, but I haven't received any acknowledgement that they have picked up my request. Even after requesting them to stop ECS, money gets debited from my account.
I have found this experience with Justdial incredibly frustrating, and it feels like a scam. What's even more upsetting is that there is no option to cancel the contract in your application.
I would appreciate it if you could take cognizance of this issue and ensure that this doesn't happen to other customers. I'd like to request you to look into this matter seriously and help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.
