I ordered some groceries along with some grapes.
Initially, I ordered *kg grapes, but it was reduced to ***grams upon call and confirmation by the delivery representative of dunzo, upon which I was given refund of **.
After delivery, when I opened it, the grapes were full of worms. White and blackish colour worms were present in it.
Upon talking to the customer care, they hesitated a lot at first but gave me the rest of the refund for the *** remaining grams, but I am complaining about it here because it is a health and hygiene violation.
