Sent medicines through Dunzo courier, Sanjay Kabiraj today, * June **** within Pune. He dropped it off, and when he tried calling me, I had to go answer the door. When I got back to my phone and called him back *-* mins later, he started abusing me, saying his time is precious, people like me shouldn't be sending packages if they don't care about picking up their phones, his time was wasted etc!! Couldn't believe my ears. I called him back in about *-* mins flat. Absolutely rude and shocking behavior. He needs to be fired from this job or at least trained to speak properly to clients. I've sent dozens of packages over the past * years using Dunzo, but have never had such a terrible experience!
