want to escalate and need help with my visit at Mumbai airport on **th Feb. I was not allowed to travel / onboard flight because of not being ** mins prior.
I understand that I was a bit late and was at counter at *.**pm instead of *.**pm.
Because of this * mins delay I was not allowed to onboard whereas there was a passenger who came atleast ** mins after me and was allowed to board.
Why this different treatment you can check the camera aswell for same. They were saying that if you are late you should request us. Why would we request even after paying such a high amount. I need a strict action against such employees who does not value their customers. This was pure dadagiri from the employees. Request sometime to intervene.
