I have purchased dell laptop from Australia with * years premium onsite support and warranty. Now i have moved to india and India support is telling that there is no hardware support available in india for my laptop. When i had enquired in australia they had said that this product is supported in india for both hardware and software. Very pathetic experience with dell.
