HI purchased Dell Inspiron laptop * years back.
The warranty against my service tag D*BS*** on Dell site is coming as a valid toll ****.
I went to get the sound card issue resolved and getting my touchpad changed which as per the Dell site is under warranty.
Now Dell is refusing to honor the same saying that it's not valid as on date while the site still shows its valid.
I am now feeling cheated on the commitment made by Dell for its product under warranty.
I am in Jaipur.
