Due to microsoft outage we can understand the situation of airlines and had supported it.
But in return airlines haven't given us accommodation have waited outside airport by indigo for * hours at **:** am and they sent us to hotel lemon tree via bus but rooms were full we waited * hours in hotel lobby at late night then on *:** am indigo service assistant Mr. Arun prince came and he transferred our ticket from Ahmedabad to surat.
Had to extra pay and suffer the way from surat to Ahmedabad by road my important meeting got cancelled and faced high loss *****.
