I had ordered product "NHR Kick Scooter with Led Lights" from JioMart and it was delivered on **/Nov/****. But once I opened the package the product seemed to be used and defective, as the LED lights on the wheels were not blinking as mentioned.
I bought this for my son, i had mailed JioMart on the same day i.e. **/Nov/**** that the product is used and defective, attaching phots/videos showing the defect. I followed up for the same till * days now, but I have not received any concrete response. I also raised the issue in Twitter, but there also similar thing happen, nothing concrete came out and I always receive generic response that they are working on the complaint.
Now the problem is I can't buy the new product, as this defective product is stuck with me and I haven't got the refund as of yet.
I am really frustrated and regretting my decision to buy this product from JioMart which has very pathetic after sales customer service.
