- Urgent Unable to Track Goods Movement and Delay in Delivery Timelines Open

I am writing to express my concern regarding the relocation service booked from Greater Noida to Hyderabad. I am currently unable to track the movement of my goods, and there is no clarity on their current status or estimated arrival.
Additionally, the assigned partner took an extra Rs. *,*** for preparing a special formwork for my **-inch TV, assuring me it was necessary to protect it from damage during transit. I agreed to this with the understanding that my goods would be handled with extra care and reach within the committed timeline.
However, I was initially promised a delivery by **th June, which is why I scheduled my flights and availability accordingly. I have now been informed by the partner that the delivery may happen by **th–**th June, which is not acceptable and is causing serious inconvenience. Moreover, there will be no one available in Hyderabad to receive the goods if they arrive later than committed.
Please provide an urgent update on:
The current location and tracking status of my consignment.
A clear confirmation on the revised delivery timeline.
Action being taken for the unjustified delay and additional charges taken by your partner.
I request your immediate attention to this matter to ensure transparency, accountability, and timely resolution.
