I would like to raise a complaint regarding an unauthorized Cash on Delivery (COD) order that was sent to my residential address through Ekart Logistics.
I would like to state that I did not place any such order. Upon delivery, I refused to accept the parcel as it was not ordered by me. The delivery agent informed me that the product was ordered via online advertisements (Nayabs) and marked as COD.
The delivery agent requested a cancellation OTP, which was sent to my registered mobile number. I shared the OTP strictly for cancellation purposes. However, I am deeply concerned that my mobile number and residential address may have been misused without my knowledge or consent to place this fraudulent order.
Although I have not made any payment for this parcel, I am worried that sharing the OTP—even for cancellation—could potentially expose me to scams, financial fraud, or misuse of my personal information in the future.
I request the concerned authorities to urgently investigate this matter, ensure that my details are not used again without authorization, and provide an immediate resolution
