want to raise a complaint regarding an unauthorized Cash on Delivery (COD) order sent to my address through Ekart Logistics.
I did not place any such order. However, I received a call from the delivery agent stating that a product was ordered through online advertisements and was marked as postpaid (COD).
Since I had not placed the order, I refused to accept the parcel. The delivery agent asked for a cancellation OTP, which was sent to my registered mobile number. I shared the OTP only for cancellation purposes.
I am concerned that my phone number and address may have been misused to place this order without my knowledge or consent.
I request you to:
Investigate how my details were used without authorization.
Confirm that no further orders are placed using my number.
Take necessary action against the seller responsible.
I have not made any payment. However, I want to ensure that my personal information is not misused again in the future.
Kindly look into this matter urgently.
