I placed order for the wrong item in lenovo site, now im trying to cancel the item, they are said, we unable to cancel the order because its pre book item, but in their website no pre book word used and in their cancellation policy mentioned in site is ,What if the goods not shipped from warehouse and customer wants to cancel the order?
The order will be cancelled....
But if i contact their support they said we unable to cancel the order
